B. Braun has appointed Sophie Spencer as Social Value & ESG Specialist, recognising her rapid impact since joining the company in 2022.
Sophie initially worked in the events team before securing the Social Value & Evidence Apprentice role in 2024, where she delivered significant contributions across the business.
In her new role, she will focus on measuring and communicating the positive impact B. Braun delivers for patients, colleagues and communities, helping to translate evidence into clear and commercially meaningful messaging.
Sophie said: “I’m incredibly proud to be stepping into this role and to have the opportunity to build on the work we’ve already started.
“Social value and ESG are areas I feel passionately about, and I’m excited to help B. Braun tell the story of the difference it makes to patients.
Achieving a Distinction in my apprenticeship was a real milestone, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”
