Galderma has announced new NEMLUVIO data to be presented at Fall Clinical 2026, including a post‑hoc analysis from the ARCADIA LTE study showing that most adults and adolescents aged 12 and older who responded at Week 16 maintained deep and lasting improvements in skin lesions and itch for up to three years. The findings add to growing evidence supporting long‑term efficacy in moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.
The ARCADIA LTE analysis evaluated 295 early responders who continued treatment through maintenance and extension phases. At Week 56, 77% achieved clear or almost clear skin or at least a 90% improvement in disease severity. This was sustained to Week 152, where 76% achieved IGA 0/1, 80% achieved EASI‑90 and 50% achieved EASI‑100. At Week 152, 80% also reached an itch‑free or nearly itch‑free state.
Nemluvio was well tolerated, with no new safety signals. The results align with previously collected long‑term safety and efficacy data in adults and adolescents with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.
Bill Andriopoulos, Ph.D., Head of Global Medical Affairs, Galderma, said: “Patients and physicians increasingly expect more from treatment than temporary symptom relief. The data presented at Fall Clinical reinforce our confidence in Nemluvio’s potential to deliver durable disease control, with evidence spanning deep and sustained responses on skin and itch through three years in adults and adolescents, and a consistent long-term safety and efficacy profile.”
A separate interim analysis of 1,903 patients in the overall ARCADIA LTE population showed sustained improvements through Week 152, including up to 91% achieving EASI‑75, up to 75% achieving EASI‑90 and up to 67% achieving IGA 0/1. Up to 88% achieved clinically meaningful itch relief and up to 92% reported improvements in dermatology‑related quality of life.
Sarina Elmariah, M.D., Dermatologist and Itch Specialist, explained: “As progress in this high-burden disease area accelerates, we are challenged to aim higher in atopic dermatitis care. These new three-year results are encouraging for Nemluvio, adding to its growing body of evidence and highlighting its potential to help patients achieve meaningful long-term outcomes in atopic dermatitis.”
Phase 2 pediatric data will also be presented, showing meaningful and sustained improvements in children aged 2 to 11 years through Week 52. Additional OLYMPIA LTE findings demonstrated sustained improvements across multiple dimensions of prurigo nodularis burden through Week 148, with more than 85% achieving clinically meaningful itch improvement and 91% reporting improved quality of life.
