Encare’s ERAS Interactive Audit System (EIAS) has earned qualification on the Mayo Clinic Platform_Solutions Studio – a distinction rarely awarded to European solutions. The recognition positions EIAS for faster adoption across Mayo Clinic Medical Centres and partner health systems worldwide.
Developed in collaboration with the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) Society, EIAS enables hospitals to monitor and improve adherence to ERAS protocols across multiple surgical specialties.
The Mayo Clinic qualification validates the system’s clinical relevance, operational strength and potential for global impact. “When a solution is qualified, providers can trust it has been reviewed for adherence to responsible AI principles, all aimed at supporting care teams and improving patient outcomes,” said Steve Bethke, vice president of solution developer market at Mayo Clinic Platform.
For Encare, the recognition marks a milestone in expanding ERAS adoption. “It gives us a unique opportunity to accelerate ERAS implementation in the US and globally,” said Rasmus Waller, CEO of Encare.
Founded in 2009, Encare develops Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that help healthcare providers follow international treatment guidelines before, during and after major surgical procedures, with the goal of improving outcomes and reducing variation in care.
