BICO has announced the appointment of Jesper Hagberg as its new Chief Operations & Digital Officer.
Hagberg brings over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles to his new post. He was most recently Programme Director at FLSmidth; he also held the roles of Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Head of Project Management office at Jula. Earlier in his career, Hagberg was Global Head of Operational Excellence at Clariant.
Hagberg will join BICO on 7 January 2026. In his new role, he will be a member of the company’s Executive Management, reporting to BICO’s president and CEO.
BICO is a lab automation partner, providing selected workflows to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
