Celgene has appointed Sarah Bater as its new director of Human resources at Celgene’s UK and Ireland business.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience to her new role after holding a number of senior HR positions in a variety of companies including most recently BAA, where she was HR director for policy, process and resourcing.
Previously, Sarah worked at AstraZeneca as HR business partner for the specialist care directorate followed by the role of head of HR shared services.
During her time at AstraZeneca, Sarah worked on a number of transformation programmes and focused on the evolution of key account management.
