Recruiter of the Year - Key Dates and Stages

Stage One – Candidate and Client nominations from May 2012.

Members of PharmaTimes global community nominate recruitment specialists who have excelled by providing great advice, placing them in a dream job or by helping fulfil their recruitment requirements.

Nominators are asked to complete a balanced score card that has been devised by the competition steering committee (Steering Committee). The score card rates role critical competencies and also collects testimony on why you are worthy of the title PharmaTimes Recruiter of the Year (see nomination form and balanced scorecard)

Stage Two – Online Knowledge Assessment on current Recruitment Legislation from May 2012

Once you have been nominated you are invited to complete an online multiple choice questionnaire (MCQ) based on current recruitment legislation. The questionnaire has been devised by BoyesTurner lawyers who are experts in the field of recruitment legislation. This is an ‘open-book’ exercise and is not timed, so you can take as long as you need. The aim is to improve your knowledge of recruitment law and to progress you to the next stage. Sales Recruiter's will need to complete your MCQ no later than 14 June 2012. Clinical Recruiter's will need to complete your MCQ no later than 30th November 2012.

(Please note: There is a £40 administration fee to complete this stage)

Stage Three – The Finals. Sales Recruiter Finals - 28 June, Clinical Recruiter Finals, 10 January 2013

Up to ten candidates will be placed in the finals, judged by these criteria:

2) The scores achieved on the online questionnaire
3) The endorsement of your company to proceed to the finals (each company is limited to up to two finals places)

(Please note: There is a £250 fee to take part in the finals.)
